One time in grade school, we went the Science Centre for a field trip. We were going up an escalator, and this one horrible boy who made my life miserable for years was being his usual jerk self, and somehow managed to get his shoelace caught in the steps halfway up. He started freaking out and crying and screaming, and the esclator was stopped and it took a few minutes to rip his shoelace free....
